We were thinking about words of wisdom that might We were thinking about words of wisdom that might relate to how many of us are feeling at the moment, and Rachel Kelly’s (@rachelfkelly) insight from her book Walking on Sunshine: 52 Small Steps to Happiness seemed relevant. Many of us are feeling anxiety related to our own health, that of our families and friends, our jobs / businesses, uncertainty about how long this will last etc – much of which is beyond our control – we might not be able to necessarily ‘enjoy’ these moments if we let go of the need to control,  but we may be able to ease our anxiety.

Rachel spoke at #BuckLitFest 2017 and her book Walking on Sunshine has many tips for how to reframe things to help our mental wellbeing.
