We were thinking about words of wisdom that might relate to how many of us are feeling at the moment, and Rachel Kelly’s (@rachelfkelly) insight from her book Walking on Sunshine: 52 Small Steps to Happiness seemed relevant. Many of us are feeling anxiety related to our own health, that of our families and friends, our jobs / businesses, uncertainty about how long this will last etc – much of which is beyond our control – we might not be able to necessarily ‘enjoy’ these moments if we let go of the need to control, but we may be able to ease our anxiety.

Rachel spoke at #BuckLitFest 2017 and her book Walking on Sunshine has many tips for how to reframe things to help our mental wellbeing.
